Lesson costs are structured to remain consistent across all 12 months of the year and account for a two-month summer break. Payment for weekly lessons does not pause during the summer, camp or extended periods of travel.
Unattended lessons will be canceled, including late cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, no-shows, or inability to attend. Makeup lessons are not offered, however may occur on a case-by-case basis due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
If you prefer to move your current lesson time in the future, please submit an entry on our Waiting List. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please note that priority is given to current or prior students with NorthShore Pianoforte.
In the event of termination of weekly lessons by the student, payment for the following month is still required. This ensures adequate time for schedule adjustments and studio planning.
We look forward to reserving your lesson upon registration! Our instructors maintain a consistent schedule, so we ask that clients do the same. Payment is due in advance via check, credit/debit card, or Zelle®. To avoid late fees, please saving a credit card on file. Lessons will be cancelled when payment is not received before instruction.
For billing or scheduling inquiries regarding piano, violin, viola, or voice lessons, please contact our studio manager. Lesson prices include a convenience fee for saved cards, and credit cards are processed only with client consent. Lesson lengths may vary based on student progress, with instructors able to adjust durations as needed, especially for new recital participants.
